Programming is designed to develop explosive speed, quick feet, and efficient movement patterns essential for athletic performance. Athletes will focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, and top-end speed while also improving their ability to rapidly change direction under control.
Training sessions will include short sprints, reaction drills, ladder work, cone drills, and sport-specific movement patterns. Emphasis is placed on body control, balance, coordination, and reducing injury risk through proper technique.
Through consistently working on speed and agility, athletes will enhance their first-step quickness, lateral movement, and overall responsiveness in game situations.
