Physical Therapist

 

Grace has been practicing in the Duluth area since graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in 2020. She has continued her education through training in manual techniques, dry needling, and thrust manipulation as well as exercise and return to sport programming.

 

Prior to completing her doctorate program, Grace worked as a student athletic trainer for the University of St. Thomas, and continues to draw on those experiences in her own life and practice. She believes that anyone –regardless of age, or ability –is capable of living an active lifestyle, and enjoys the challenge of helping people find and live their own version of “athlete” pain-free.

 

Grace believes that physical therapy should not only address current physical limitations, but give people the tools to address future injuries as well.
